What does a typical session look like? 

Combination sessions include a mixture of techniques from Reiki, Footzoning, and Craniosacral modalities. The session will be tailored to your specific needs based on your intake form. This is the most popular type of session new clients begin with and is a great way to see what works for you. You can read more about each modality down below: 

What is Intuitive Craniosacral Therapy?

Intuitive Craniosacral Therapy is a really powerful healing modality that approaches all aspects of the human experience (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health).

Often times, clients tell me they see more progress with this than other therapies that have taken months or even years.

However, I would only recommend scheduling this type of appointment if you are ready to dive into your emotions and talk through them.

If you are not quite ready for that, I do also practice a more traditional form of craniosacral therapy that is more structural and does not involve the emotional work. Please let me know if you prefer this style.

What is Foot Zoning?

Foot Zoning is a method of healing that honors the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Foot zoning is done by accessing signals on the tops, sides, and bottom of the feet. Each signal is associated with a different part of the body and working on it can help that body part to come back into a state of homeostasis.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of energy healing that is directed with the palms of the hands and pulled to where it is needed in the body. It can be used with direct contact or hovering above the body.

How much do sessions cost?

Combo sessions are $120 for 90 minutes of personalized treatment. Half payment is required to book the session and the remainder is due at the time of service. The remaining half can be paid via venmo or I can send you a credit card link.
