"I've seen McKell a few times now for reiki and craniosacral work, and I can't recommend her enough. She has such a calming presence, and her space is warm, inviting, and so peaceful. From the moment you walk in, you can tell she puts a lot of care into creating an environment where your energy feels supported.
One thing I really appreciate is how much time she takes beforehand to understand why you're there and what you’re hoping to get out of the session. She’s so knowledgeable about energy work and the different chakras, and she did a great job explaining what I was experiencing and helping me process it. Every time I leave a session, I feel lighter, more centered, and with a better understanding of myself.

"Mckell is THE BEST! At best, her foot zoning and other therapies can help you with certain physical and emotional issues. At worst, it's a foot massage, a relaxing hour away from your busy life, and a good conversation with a genuine friend.
Her foot zoning has helped me pass kidney stones and her craniosacral therapy has helped me to channel my perfectionism in a healthy way and make my expectations for myself more reasonable.
