What is Foot Zoning?
Foot Zoning is a method of healing that honors the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Foot zoning is done by accessing signals on the tops, sides, and bottom of the feet. Each signal is associated with a different part of the body and working on it can help that body part to come back into a state of homeostasis.
What does a typical session look like?
During the Foot Zone, you get to lay on a comfy massage table. I will apply coconut oil and essential oils (if desired) as I begin zoning.
Both of us may be able to notice which areas of your body are needing a little more support throughout the zone and we can chat about that. You can also take a cat nap if you prefer!
How much do sessions cost?
The cost is $70 for a 75 minute session. Half payment is required to book the session and the remainder is due at the time of service.
