What is Intuitive Craniosacral Therapy?
Intuitive Craniosacral Therapy is a really powerful healing modality that approaches all aspects of the human experience (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health).
Oftentimes, clients tell me they see more progress with this than other therapies that have taken months or even years.
However, I would only recommend scheduling this type of appointment if you are ready to dive into your emotions and talk through them.
If you are not quite ready for that, I do also practice a more traditional form of craniosacral therapy that is more structural and does not involve the emotional work. Please let me know if you prefer this style.
What does a typical session look like?
Listed below are some areas that a typical Craniosacral session may include, but your session will be based on your individual needs.
Gentle maneuvers of facial and cranial bones
Breathing techniques for relaxation
Chakra essential oil blends (if desired)
Clearing chakras and releasing pent up emotions
Discovering hidden emotions contributing to physical health issues
Discussing negative thought patterns
Identifying false beliefs and patterns that are no longer serving you
Connecting with previous versions of yourself, your higher self, and/or higher power (if desired)
Providing support and tools throughout
How much do sessions cost?
The cost is $100 per 90 minute session. Half payment is required to book the session and the remainder is due at the time of service.
