What is Emotion Coding?

Emotion Coding is a method of utilizing muscle testing to ask the body yes or no questions. In doing so, we are able to pinpoint specific emotions, experiences, discomforts that are contributing to your current symptoms and instruct the body to finish processing and releasing them.

What does a typical session look like?

For emotion coding sessions, we meet virtually and discuss what you are needing support with and explain the process. Then get start on the fun part -- identifying and releasing trapped emotions! It is so fascinating to see what your body brings up during the session.

I'll be taking notes throughout about what was released, which you will be emailed shortly after the session ends.

How much do sessions cost?

The cost is $60 per 60 minute session.
