I started Head To Toe Healing after I developed Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and began diving into the world of holistic healing.

Prior to that, I was a traditionally trained nurse and never had heard of most of the modalities I practice today!

Along the way, I ended up becoming a wholesaler for brands like Just Ingredients, because I realized nutrition was a big piece of my healing journey and I am a SUCKER for a good deal! Now many of my friends and clients refer to me as their "supplement pimp".
