What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice that utilizes vibrations made by various instruments in order to help the body relax, release, and heal.
These sessions are magical and so much fun! Come with your friends, coworkers, or family members... whoever you can convince to "bathe" in sound with you!
What does a group healing session include?
Guided meditation to get you into the right headspace
Individualized Reiki healing (if desired)
Immersive sound bath experience with many instruments
Memory foam mat, weighted eye mask, & selenite palm stone for use during the session
Snacks & time to chat at the end of session
How long are sessions?
The guided meditation, reiki, and sound bath portion is 60 minutes. There will be time before and after for answering questions and discussing your experience.
How much do sessions cost?
The cost is $40 per person for groups of 3 to 5 people or $50 per person for groups of 2.
